Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty for the hardware device component of the product shall be for a period of one (01) year.
  2. Warranty shall cover:
    1. repairs rectify defective finish,
    2. replace items with major faults / workmanship flaws / material defects, etc.
    3. Warranty shall become effective from the date of start of the license.
    4. The client is responsible for sending the hardware to the provider on client’s expense.
    5. A visit to the premises of the client party by representatives of the provider will be charged as at following rates:
      1. Rs 750/hour. A minimum of Two (02) hours per visit will be applied up to 2 hours.
      2. If visit duration exceeds Four (04) hours, whole day (08 hours) will be charged at flat rate of Rs 5000/day.
    6. Warranty does not apply, if
      1. The warranty period is expired,
      2. The warranty label is broken or removed,
      3. The serial number label is missing or unrecognizable,
      4. The product has been modified or repaired by any unauthorized personnel,
      5. The defect was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions, or environment conditions more severe than those specified in the manual and specification.
      6. The defect was subject to Force Majeure, such as acts of God, flood, lighting, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, brownouts or sags (damage due to low voltage disturbances).
